2023-2024 School Year Location Announcement

Dear Charger Family,

This is a long-awaited announcement of our moving plan for the 2023-2024 school year. Re-enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year begins December 1st for current families. Open enrollment for new families opens on January 1, 2023.

We appreciate your patience and prayer as we have worked with the details of this plan. It has been a wonder to see it fit together. We are so grateful to the church families (Westside Church of the Nazarene and Chapel Rock Christian Church) who have graciously stepped forward to provide safe and secure former school spaces for our students.

We would add that these considerations were primary as the plan was arranged:

  1. To keep as many of our grades together in one building as space allowed.
  2. To reduce the separation of families and thereby cause as few double drop offs as possible.
  3. To resist the use of mobile buildings due to expenses, security factors, and space allocation where possible.
  4. To keep all students in close proximity to our current location.

We are happy to report that we have met those goals and God has been gracious to supply space for all students to be housed. Each of the temporary locations are short drivable distances as close as 3.9 miles from our current location and only as far as 5.9 miles from our current Avon location campus.

Our Executive Leadership Team carefully researched the number of families who would experience double drop-off. This plan design has reduced that potential to as few as possible by assigning our space allocations carefully. As you might expect, there are still many logistics (car lines, administrative assignments, schedules) that are being arranged and as they unfold, Dr. Giardino will communicate more details.  We realize that this is an exciting time for some and some may worry. Please remember we are family and everything that truly matters will be coming with us! Our school has been built on The Cornerstone, Who is not contained in a building. God has been gracious and faithful.

Thank you for your continued trust and support as we Charge forward!

Holding Fast to God’s provision,
