The Charger Middle School Student Council is hosting a school wide food drive to support the Hendricks County Senior Services Food Pantry. This food pantry serves seniors in our community who are in need. Many seniors are currently experiencing a higher need than normal with the pandemic.
Current items that they are critically low on include: peanut butter, soups, canned veggies. Students are invited to bring in canned goods on November 20th, 23rd and 24th. The Student Council has set a challenge before the school and will be presenting an ice cream party to the Preschool Class & the Elementary Class with the most items brought in. Middle School students will receive 1 “Charger” for each item they donate. Students are to drop off their donations in their classroom or in their Middle School Advisory room on the mornings of November 20, 23 & 24th. Thank you in advance for showing the Seniors in our community some love during this difficult season.
